TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement (“Terms of Service”) governs the relationship between you and Appwares, a Finnish company (business ID 3359773-9) regarding your use of our application called Findmap, websites and other services (“The Service”). The company is hereinafter referred to as “Us”, “We”, or “Appwares” The use of our services is also governed by Appwares’ privacy policy.
To use our services, for example browsing our websites or installing our applications on your device, you must agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use The Service. You have the right to use the Service, if you agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service and the privacy policy at any time. The changed Terms are released on this page. If you do not agree to the new Terms of Service, stop using the Service immediately.
You may create an account for using “The Groups” inside Findmap. To create the Account, you are required to sign in to your Google Account. You shall not let anyone else access your Account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account. All messaging that happens through the Groups is fully end-to-end encrypted and thus we are not responsible for anything that happens as a result of the messages.
We have the right to remove or claim any username at any time for any reason.
We may limit or terminate your access to the Service or your Account without notice to you if your are, or we suspect that you are, violating these Terms of Service. In such case, you can lose your username, account and right to use the Service. We are not required to compensate you for any such results or losses. We have the right to terminate any account that has been inactive for 190 days.
We reserve the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Service or any part of it at any time. In such event your right to use the Service will be terminated. Appwares shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or compensations, unless explicitly required by applicable law, for users who were using the discontinued Service.
You can delete your data and account at any time within the app or by visiting https://findmap.net/forumweb/accountdeletion/delete_user_login.php.
Using the Service in violation of these Limitations of use is prohibited and in such case, we can immediately revoke your limited right.
You agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to prohibit you from using The Service and terminating your Account if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service.
Appwares owns the the copyright for the Service and all other rights of ownership for the Service. You have the copyright to the data you create within the app.
When you subscribe to the app, you are entitled the right to use all features of the app for the time your license is active. The license is personal.
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WORKS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES CAN HAPPEN WHILE DEVELOPING OR USING THE SERVICE. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE ALWAYS WORKS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN THE MAPS PUBLISHED BY THIRD PARTIES.
WE GRANT THE RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICE “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY.
If a part of these terms cannot be supervised or is otherwise not valid, it is not going to affect the other Terms of this agreement. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL AFFECT THE STATUTORY RIGHTS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OF ANY CONSUMER. THE LAW OF FINLAND IS APPLIED FOR THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. All disputes regarding these Terms of Service shall be resolved in the court of Finland.
These Terms are the only agreement between the parties.
